The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had pledge gold ornaments with accused No.8, namely, Rajendra Gulabrao Armarkar. The Investigating Officer has seized the gold ornaments from Rajendra. He submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file an application claiming those gold ornaments before the trial Court after conclusion of the trial, but before passing of the judgment.
