We have passed a speaking order on 3rd April, 2025 and the Additional Public Prosecutor has waived service of notice for the respondent nos.1 to 4, who in turn, informs that the respondent no.4 through a communication addressed to the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor has sought time to file reply whereas the respondent nos.1 to 3 have neither chosen to contact the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor nor submitted any parawise comments nor sought time to file reply in the matter.

That being so, we saddle the costs of Rs.5000/- each on the respondent nos.1 to 3 to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
We further issue notice to show cause to all the three respondents as to why they should not be proceeded under Contempt of Courts Act as they have disobeyed and showed disrespect and disregard to the order dated 3rd April, 2025 particularly, having regard to the observations made in para 9 of the said order.

We direct Mr.Damle, learned Additional Public Prosecutor to communicate this order to all the respondents. 6.
