The petition challenges the order dated 05.10.2024 in petition No. E-229/2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur whereby the respondents were granted interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month each.

The contention is that the application filed by the respondents itself suggests that the petitioner is heavily indebted with the loan towards father and brother of respondent no. 1 and therefore, grant of an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to each of the respondents towards maintenance is on higher side. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) towards arrears of maintenance either in this Court or with the Trial Court in three installments in every two weeks i.e. total three installment within six weeks from today. The first and second installment will be of Rs.2 lakhs and the third installment will be of Rs.1 lakhs.
