Mr. Akshay Naik, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that these respondents are in jail. The petitioners made an attempt to serve them through private mode. However, they refused to accept the service. Superintendent of Jail has issued a communication to that effect, which includes the respondents' acknowledgment that they do not want to receive the copy of petition. He submits that affidavit of service will be filed within two working days. Be filed.
