The challenge is to the order of freezing of the debit facility in the accounts operated by the petitioners in the bank.

Issue notice to the respondents.

It is the submissions of Mr. Chauhan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners that out of the bank accounts of the petitioner wherein the order of debit seizure is passed, the petitioners be permitted to operate one account by maintaining the requisite balance on the date of freezing.

We expect the response of the respondent by returnable date on the aforesaid submissions. 6.
