The petition challenges the order of rejection of recall of the prosecutrix by the Special Judge in a trial under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is contended that the trial Court has fixed the case for recording the statement of the accused and if stay is not granted in the matter, there is every possibility that the trial may be concluded.
