It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Vijay died of electrocution after having coming in contact with live wires connected by respondent Nos.3 and 4 to their farm fencing and as such they should have been added as a party accused.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.06.2025.

Mr. Ujjwal Phasate, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for respondent No. 1.

We make it clear that in case, if the petitioner seeks addition of accused before the Trial Court, same be considered in accordance with law.
