The petition challenges the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by learned JMFC, Akola in MCA No. 2052/2015 as well as common judgment and order dated 25.10.2024 in Criminal Revision Application Nos. 138/2023 and 159/2023.

The contention is that the learned JMFC, Akola granted enhance maintenance amount of Rs.7,000/- per month from the date of application. The petitioner as well as the respondent challenged the said order before the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola. The petitioner was aggrieved by the quantum of the amount. The learned ASJ, Akola dismissed the Revision filed by the petitioner and allowed the Revision filed by the respondent by modifying the order passed by the learned RR Jaiswal

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.
