Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur directing the petitioner to transfer the amount, which was allegedly involved in the cyber crime, from the account of respondent no.3 to the respondent no.1.

The contention is that there are other offences registered against respondent no.3 pending in the Courts at Pune and Hyderabad (State of A.P.) and there are directions issued by the Court also to freeze the account. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent no.2-State.

There shall be stay to the impugned order dated (Corrected as per Court's order dated 30.07.2025 in APPW 151/25) 23.12.2024 22.01.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.6, Nagpur till the next date .
