In all these petitions, the issue involved is whether the bulls which are seized and handed over to the Gaushala are to be returned to the accused, who allegedly caused the cruelty to the animals, as well as the issue regarding the return of the vehicles which are used in committing the said crime.

Writ Petition No.977/2024 challenging the order of rejection of return of the property vehicle to the petitioner therein.
