The proceedings arise out of matrimonial dispute. So far as the present petition is concerned, it is against the order of rejection for dropping of the proceedings. Husband is not party to the present petition, however, it appears that there is an element of settlement. The learned Counsel for petitioner ensures this Court that husband will remain present before the Mediator. 3.

At the joint request of the parties, the Rgd.

Order 0912wp416.25 matter is referred for mediation. Shri U.P. Deopujari, Advocate is appointed as Mediator in the matter. Parties consent to appear before the learned Mediator on 19.12.2025 and abide by his directions to attend the mediation proceedings as and when called. The learned Mediator to submit his report within a period of two weeks of the appearance of the parties.
