The matter is taken up in the chamber.

As the matter pertains to a matrimonial dispute, this Court has tried to convince both the parties for settlement.

On interacting with both husband and wife, it appears that there is likelihood of settlement, however, they both have said that they will convey this Court about their decision in respect of settlement on the next date. Therefore, in my view, it is necessary to give one chance to both the parties for arriving at a settlement.

In this view of the matter, the matter is adjourned to 27/01/2026.
