Learned Counsel for both the parties are present. They submitted that they want to explore the possibilities of settlement being this is matrimonial matter. 2.

Considering the dispute is of a matrimonial nature which can be settled by the amicable settlement, the matter be referred for mediation.

By consent, Mr. S.V. Purohit, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator.

The parties to appear before the Mediator on 22/07/2025 at 2.15 PM.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the Mediation Center, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, for statistical purpose. 6.

Place the matter after two weeks for submitting interim mediation report.
