By this petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole leave for 15 days, which was granted by the respondent vide order dated 04.04.2025.

It is stated on oath by the petitioner that only 9 months is left for releasing him permanently and earlier to this petition, on various occasions, the parole and furlough leave were granted to him and he has surrendered within time. 4.
Presently, the petitioner has pointed out that his wife, who has undergone angioplasty as per the advice of the Medical Officer, is facing serious health issue and his presence is required to support his wife in medical exigency. 5.
In view of above, the petition is allowed and extension of parole leave for 15 days is granted as prayed for. 6.
It is further made clear that no further extension will be granted on the health ground of the wife of the petitioner. 7.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
