Having gone through the petition and prayer, we are of the view that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy available under Section 175 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner may avail the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time.

Considering the fact that the alternative and equally efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner, rather appropriate remedy is available to the petitioner in terms of Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
