I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties for quite some time. The learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that he has filed an application praying for certain interim reliefs. Copy of said application is supplied to the learned Counsel for the petitioner today in Court. The learned Counsel has also tendered across bar compilation of judgments and states that copies thereof would be supplied to other side during the Rgd.
