The present proceedings are arising out of matrimonial discord. Both the counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents submit that there is possibility of settlement and therefore, they requested to send the matter to the Mediation.

This Court accordingly, deems it appropriate to refer the matter to the mediation as requested by the parties.
