CORAM : M. M. Nerlikar, J .

DATE : 25-02-2026.

The order of maintenance was under challenge before this Court passed in Misc. Criminal Case (DV) No.62/2024. The said order was challenged by the husband. Considering the fact that it's a matrimonial dispute, this Court by an order dated 30-09-2025 has referred the matter to the Mediator. Accordingly, the matter is settled between the parties before the Mediator and settlement agreement was also executed. Both the learned Counsel submit that as per the settlement agreement all the terms and conditions have been complied with and therefore there is nothing survives in the petition.

2.

In this view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of. 3.

I appreciate the efforts taken by the learned Mediator in settling the matter.
