Learned counsel for petitioner and respondents submit that settlement has been arrived between the parties before the Supreme Court Mediation Center and accordingly, the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed an order dated 25.08.2025, recording that all the proceedings between the parties, civil or criminal shall remain stayed. The copy of order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court taken on record.
