The prayer is to transfer investigation to independent agency and to file charge sheet, as expeditiously as possible in context with FIR lodged on 21/05/2024 vide Crime No.411/2024 registered through Police Station, Kharangana, Dist. Wardha.

Learned APP submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 08/10/2025. 3.

That being so, petitioner may approach Trial Court for further relief, if so desired, which includes seeking further investigation.
