By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking permission for renewal of the passport.

Learned APP strongly opposed the petition on the ground that due to the absence of the present petitioner though charge is framed prior to four years i.e. on 09/01/2020, the trial could not be proceeded, and therefore, the petition deserves to be dismissed. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner shall place on record the copy of the roznama thereafter the prayer of the present petitioner can be considered as there is a specific observation of the Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha while rejecting the application that the applicant has availed the facilities time and again but he is not attending the proceeding before the Court and trial is held up.

Place the matter after one week.
