The petition is listed because the petitioner has not deposited costs as directed by this Court vide order dated 18-7-2025 and further for not filing affidavit of service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that costs will be deposited within two working days. Time granted. However, if the costs is not deposited within two working days, the petition shall stand dismissed for non compliance of the order.

As regards affidavit of service, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to serve respondent. We are surprised. The petitioner was duty bound to serve the respondents. Having not done so, let the petitioner furnish copy to the Registry in order to issue notice through regular mode.

Copy of petition shall be furnished within two working days, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed for non compliance of order.
