On 13th August, 2025, following order was passed: "Leave to amend the prayer clause by replacing the word "reinvestigation" by "further investigation" is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The First Information Report was lodged in the month of March, 2018. The charge-sheet has been not filed till today. The counsel for petitioner submits that the investigation has been stopped for no good reason.

For the time being, issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2 returnable on 02/09/2025. 4.

Learned A.P.P. waives for respondent Nos.1 and 2."

The learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the investigation is complete and A summary filed on 08/08/2018. The summary has been accepted by the trial Court.

In view of above, the counsel for the petitioner shall take instructions and make submissions about the maintainability of the petition.
