The petitioner and respondent no.2 got married in the year 2010. They were blessed with one girl child namely "Avni", who is 7 years old. According to the petitioner, the respondent no.2 left her company in June, 2024. Prior to and subsequent to June, 2024 Avni was with the petitioner. On 01.06.2025, the respondent no.2 is stated to have taken Avni with him, which Rgd.

Order 2807apl595.25 according to the petitioner is an illegal detention. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Avni was taking education at Nagpur. The respondent no.2 has detained Avni at Bramhapuri in Chandrapur District and is even not allowing her to take education.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for Respondent No.1.
