By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order of District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge who by ignoring the order of Sub Divisional Magistrate passed an order in Criminal Revision Application No.3/2025 and declared that until the possession of land Survey No.3 is taken from the Petitioner by following due process of law the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are forbidden from causing any disturbance to Petitioner's possession over the said land. It was also declared that the Petitioner is having possession over that land Survey No.3 admeasuring 37 R area situated at Mouza Klaspur, Taluka Deoli, and therefore, the present Petitioner is having apprehension of loosing the possession over the property, and therefore, the Petitioner press that the execution of the order passed by the District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge be stayed till further orders.

Considering the immediate apprehension raised by the present Petitioner the execution and implementation of the order passed in Criminal Revision Application No.3/2025, is hereby stayed till the appearance of the Respondents. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 returnable after three weeks.
