It appears that the other petition, i.e., Civil Writ Petition No. 3163/2025, challenging the order of the District Judge arising out of injunction proceedings, is pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court.

This petition challenges the order of the District Judge arising out of proceedings under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both proceedings are interrelated, and in order to avoid conflicting decisions, it would be desirable to place both matters before the same

35-Cr.WP-603-2025 Court. Therefore, the petitioner seeks time to take appropriate steps in this regard.
