By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of interim maintenance granted at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- per month from the date of the application, and also seeking stay to the further proceedings.

The petitioner shall deposit 50% of the total arrears due towards the maintenance amount and shall continue to pay monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- on or before the 10th day of every month. 3.

On depositing the 50% of the arrears and regular payment of Rs.4,000/- per month on or before 10th of every month, further proceedings of the recovery is stayed till filing of the reply by the respondent. 4.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.
