It seems from record that already the petition was filed challenging the order dated 05/07/2024, wherein furlough leave was granted to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is aggrieved by certain terms and conditions.

We, therefore, request learned Counsel Ms. Chaitali Bhute to cause her appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Registry is directed to furnish all the papers to the appointed Counsel. 07.
