Criminal Writ Petition No.637/2025 Leave to add Mr.Gidwani, sub tenant and Mr. Mahurkar, landlord as party-respondents is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Argument is that Police has taken possession of the property from the petitioner, who claims himself to be tenant, without any authority in law.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in the next week.
