The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions and make a statement.

In the meantime, the respondents may take corrective steps.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the respondents have taken corrective steps and on 14/01/2026, a communication is issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to defreeze the accounts. 03.
