The petitioner was aggrieved by the discontinuation of facilities viz. phone call, canteen and medical. 2.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the canteen and medical facilities have been extended. The phone call facility was discontinued because of arrogant behaviour of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given an undertaking of good behaviour. He further submits that for the time being, his grievance has been redressed because canteen and medical facilities have been extended. He submits that he would pursue his request for phone call facility on the basis of his assurance of good behaviour.

Permission is granted. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
