The argument is that the petitioner's account has been freezed without giving an opportunity of hearing.

It appears that the respondent No.1 Bank has freezed the account of the petitioner. The petitioner had made representation to the respondent No.1 Bank to defreeze the account. However, same has been not acted upon.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unaware of the reasons as to why the account has been freezed.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

In addition to above, the petitioner shall serve the respondents through Speed Post and file Affidavit of Service.

The petitioner shall also satisfy as to how the petition is maintainable.
