At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to correct "P.W.D.V. No.7/2018" to "P.W.D.V.A.No.5/2020" in the prayer clause. Granted.

Necessary corrections be carried out forthwith. 4.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the applications filed in December, 2021 and March, 2022 are not yet decided by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehkar. The delay, according to the petitioner, is caused because of the respondents.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.

Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehkar, who is dealing with Criminal Application No. 43/2020 and P.W.D.V.A. No.5/2020 shall file report giving reasons as to why the aforesaid applications have been not decided. (Siddheshwar S. Thombre, J.) (Anil L. Pansare, J.) Kahale
