It appears from order dated 4-9-2025 passed by this Court that Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehkar was called upon to file report as to why applications filed in December, 2021 and March, 2022 were not decided. The Registry appears to have not sought report as nothing is reflected in the office note.

Registrar(Judicial) shall enquire into the matter and take corrective steps.
