The counsel for petitioner submits that the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mehkar be directed to conclude the proceedings in time bound manner. We are not aware of the pendency of the cases before the Magistrate and therefore, we refrain from issuing directions as requested. The petitioner, however, may request to the Magistrate to expedite the proceedings and if the request is so made, the same shall be considered by the learned Magistrate, depending on pendency of cases. 3.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
