The learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the impugned order does not take into consideration the financial capacity of petitioners. He further submits that the defence raised by petitioners was not taken into consideration. He has relied on the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Rakesh Ranjan Shrivastava .vrs. State of Jharkhand - 2024 [4] SCC 419.

In this view of the matter, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 29.09.2025.
