The petitioner has grievance that the respondents/Police Authorities are visiting his club and unnecessarily harassing him.

Learned APP submits that the licence of the club has been permanently cancelled in terms of order dated 16th October, 2025 passed by the Collector, Yavatmal. He submits that, therefore, there is no question of the respondents/ Police Authorities visiting the club. Learned APP further submits that if the petitioner-club is involved in any illegal activity, the police will have to take appropriate action. 3.

That being so, and since nobody is appearing for the petitioner, the statement made by the learned APP remains uncontroverted and is accordingly accepted. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
