The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Rule 16 of the Maharashtra Prisons (Furlough and Parole) Rules of 2024, is not being processed by the Jail Authority. 3.

Learned APP submits that appeal has been forwarded to the appellate Authority and will be decided within stipulated time.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
