By the present petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 11.07.2025, wherein the distress warrant against the non-applicant No.1/present petitioner No.1 for recovery of outstanding amount was issued by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandrapur as he was consistently absent. The arrears of amount awarded under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is due and payable by the present petitioner is more than Rs. 8,00,000/-.

On instructions, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he will deposit Rs. 1,50,000/- before this Court within two weeks. Hence, considering this fact, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 03.10.2025. Notice be issued subject to deposit of Rs. 1,50,000/- within two weeks.

In the meantime, the order dated 11.07.2025 is stayed.
