OCTOBER 13, 2025 The learned A.P.P. is not able to assist the Court as he is unable to distinguish the scope of action under Section 106 and 107 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. According to him, the action of debit freezing the bank account amounts to seizure of property upon which we inquired whether the seized property is with the Investigating Officer, the learned A.P.P. appeared clueless.

2] At this stage, learned A.P.P. seeks time to take instructions and also to take corrective measures in the matter. 3] Stand over to 06.11.2025.
