The respondent No.3 is a bank having its office at Civil Lines, Nagpur. Despite such status, notice has been not served to respondent No.3 for want of time.

Registrar (Judicial) shall enquire into the matter and file report as to who is responsible for not effecting the service of notice upon respondent No.3.

The Commissioner of Police shall also enquire into the matter as to why notice issued on 29/09/2025 has been not served on respondent No.3 till today.

5.

Both, Registrar (Judicial) and the Commissioner of Police shall file report in this regard on the next date. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall get instructions from the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur and file report.

6.

In addition, the petitioners shall serve the respondent No.3 by hand today itself.

7.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions from respondent No.4 and shall file reply by the next date. 8.
