In response to order dated 11/12/2025, the learned A.P.P. submits that report is ready and will be filed during the course of the day. He further submits that, out of the two Police Officers attached to Morshi Open Prison, to whom the petitioner blamed for planting eatables in his hand, Shri Shrikant Thakre is under suspension in relation to another issue, whereas Shri Gaikwad has been transferred to Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, District Thane.

The learned A.P.P. submits that in the enquiry, the petitioner's version is found doubtful. He has been, however, transferred to an Open Prison in terms of the Court's order.

The learned A.P.P. shall file report during the course of the day and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, who shall take instructions and make submissions. 04.
