2] The learned A.P.P. submits that instructions were not received and, therefore, reply not filed. He seeks further time.

3] Time is granted subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by respondent no.2, which shall be paid by deducting the amount from his salary. The amount shall be paid within fifteen working days from today, and deposited with the Library Committee, Government Pleader Office, Nagpur Bench. Reply shall be filed in the meantime. The respondents may also take corrective measures, if so desired.
