The petitioner has come up with prayer to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in the First Information Report No.255/2024 that was lodged on 19.12.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407, 408, 409, 418, 420, 464, 465, 468, 469, 471, 474 and 477-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
