The previous orders indicate that the investigation was pending for want of handwriting expert's report. Learned Public Prosecution - Senior Counsel for respondent-State submits that handwriting expert's report is received and the final report will be filed within 15 working days.

The statement is accepted. The petitioner is satisfied with the development.

On previous date, we had taken up the issue of pendency of investigation on this count in many other cases and accordingly called upon the Additional Secretary, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to submit a detailed report as to how the issue of pendency will be addressed by the department.
