The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 24.10.2025 by which respondent No.2 has called upon the petitioner to appear before him for recording statement. 2.
The notice further indicates that the petitioner, though agreed to appear did not appear before respondent No.2. Accordingly, respondent No.2 has given yet another opportunity to the petitioner to appear before him on 27.10.2025 along with bank statements, failing which it will be treated that he has nothing to say in the matter. 3.
The argument is that petitioner appeared before respondent No.2 but he refused to accept his statement. Complaint to that effect has been filed by the petitioner with the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur.

According to the petitioner, respondent Nos. 3 and 4, with the aid of police machinery are trying to convert
918 cr wp 899.25.odt..odt civil dispute into criminal case. He submits that in fact civil suit is pending between the said parties. In other words petitioner submits that police and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are acting hand in gloves.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.
