On 12-2-2026, following order was passed.

"In compliance to order dated 10/2/2026, the petitioner's Counsel has submitted notes of arguments.

2] The learned A.G.P. shall file bullet points of written notes of arguments, and serve copy to other side.

3] Stand over to 26/2/2026."

Despite such order, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed detailed written notes of argument, which is nothing but repetition of reply. Thus, the order is not complied with.

We grant one more opportunity with clear understanding that if the bullet points of argument are not submitted as directed, adverse inference will be drawn against the concerned respondents.
