The learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/-. It appears that by way of interim order Rs. 8,000/- per month is granted by the Trial Court as interim maintenance to the wife and child. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not served with the notice and ex-parte order has been passed by the learned Trial Court.

Considering above facts, I am inclined to issue notice to the respondent subject to deposit of Rs. 1.00,000/-.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 19.12.2025.

The amount shall be deposited in this Court within four weeks.
