The argument of the petitioners is that instead of investigating the matter, respondent No.1 taking aid of the aforesaid F.I.R., directed the petitioners to vacate Room No.203 of the hotel run by petitioner No.3 and owned by petitioner Nos.1 and 2. In other words, the argument is without finding the truth through investigation, the petitioners are being unnecessarily harassed by the respondents.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th December, 2025. 03.

The learned A.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the respondents. He shall take instructions as to the status of investigation in Crime No.391/2024 registered on 19/10/2024 and also as regards grievance raised by the petitioners.
