FEBRUARY 12, 2026 On 27/1/2026, following order was passed :

"Having heard for some time and having gone through the provisions of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, particularly Section 18 thereof, it appears to us that the sealing of the premises/part of the premises is otherwise impermissible.

The learned A.P.P. shall take instructions and make submissions. The respondents may also take corrective steps if any part of the property, viz. one room of the hotel, is sealed. 03.

List in the week commencing from 9th February, 2026."

2] In response, the learned A.P.P. submits that the sealing has been removed. The statement is accepted. 3] List in the week commencing from 23/3/2026.
